Went to Gahanna store on Morris road today 01-15-2021 around 1pm. Did not get the supposed to be stylist name she had purple hair. She paid no attention to my requests, argued me over what size clipper to use. I requested a number one. She said number 1 would be too short. She used number 2 instead! Should have walked away before she cut my hair. She was way more interested in rushing and selling product then giving a good hair cut. She got done said how's that look? I said worst hair cut of my life! Once again I explained the style and cut i requested. She made several excuses about my hair style. The MVP treatment haircut and re-cut took less than 15 minutes. She didn't charge me, gave a half apology about the poor cut. Said she didn't understand what I wanted. Too late now.. I will be wearing a hat or a tbogin till it grows out. She then tried to sell me product to glue down a pore haircut, wanted to give me a value member card! Unbelievable, thinking I would actually come back for another "worst cut of my life. No thank you; pay attention to what customer(s) want. If you don't understand ask or say I can not help you. Do not try to over sell product, do not rush. I would defientally say do not go to the 4697 Morse Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230 location. I should have known when there were only one other customer in this location. If you do go there, do yourself a favor and do not let the purple hair stylist touch your hair. Absolutely worst hair cut of my life. Thankfully Kroger is around the corner so you can buy a new hat to cover up the extremely poor hair cut. Once again stay away from this location.. 4697 Morse Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230. I'd rate them lower than 1 if the system allowed it. They do not deserve even a #1 rating

Kara was patient and attentive. Even made a couple recommendations for products. I left very satisfied!
